Maulana Maududi was feeling the need for a party that would completely be an Islamic party. The main difference between this party and the other Muslim religious and political parties in the subcontinent at that time was their formation aims and objectives, on the basis of which Maulana Maududi felt the need for an Islamic party in view of which the whole of Islam should be the coveted view instead of worldly aims. Furthermore, in its party organisation, it should satisfy and adopt the method of the party established by the Holy Prophet (PBUH). Unlike other parties, it included members who had a good character and were well aware of the meaning and significance as well as the requirements of Kalama Tiyyaba.
