Abstract

The sciences of Quran are the Most Important Sciences among the Islamic sciences, we are finding in the Islamic literary history that the Islamic scholars have deep concern with these sciences, and they wrote specific various books in the Arabic language, and they also focused on it in their Tafaseer (Commentaries of Quran) of the noble Quran, because the correct understanding of the massage of Quran bases upon on these sciences. After the spread of Islam to the other non-Arab areas of the world, the Islamic scholars started the production of literature related to Quranic sciences in the various languages of the world, the Pashto language is one of that great Muslim languages in which the scholar wrote hundreds of books generally on Islamic sciences and specially in the science of Tafseer.

This article is concerned to discuss analytically and comparatively an important science related to Understanding of Quran called the causes of revelation ( Asbab Ul Nuzool) in the light of two Important Tafseer of Pashto language written in fourteenth century of Hijra.we will discuss the methodologies of the Both Mufasereen in the utilization of this science in their commentaries to interpret the Quran in the light of the principles of Interpretations (Usul-e-Tafseer), which are derived by the earlier scholars from Quran and Sunnah.
