Abstract

       In this article, we will discuss the TafsirRuhul Bayan, characteristics, style, principles, and methodology by İsmail HakkıBursevî (died 1127 AH). First of all, we will describe the prophetic responsibilities. Than the practices of the Holy Prophet (S.A.W) into different dimensions when he explained the commandments of Allah as first interpreter of the Holy Qur’an i.e. recitation, refinement, and teachings etc. The Mystic Interpretation of by İsmail HakkıBursevî is basically an interpretation of (Tafsir e Ishari). The reason is that in his commentary the Monotheism theory discussed. Similarly, other mystic debates, such as the truth of the Prophetic of Muhammadiya (SAW),is also discussed in several commentaries of the verses. He has the authority of the Hanafi jurisprudence in describing the real problems. He describes the theories of the contextual history of the Holy Qur’an, Cancellation, Qirat al Quran and the discourse about the Mutashabihat of the Qur'an in detail. He discussed the weak and Israeli traditions. Some have denied and some have made statements by him and he left descriptive criticism on some interpretation as well. His Interpretation contains eloquent arguments such as metaphors, kinship definitions and the opportunity is mentioned. His interpretation is written on the mystical style of the Holy Quran. His Interpretation covered all aspects of the TafsirBilMathhora and BilRai.
