Abstract

    The life of Hazrat Muhammad SAW gives eternal light to mankind in every Walk of life. This article reflcts different aspects of successful political life of ofHazrat Muhammad (SAW).Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) established the foundation of Madinah as an islamic state. In this islamic state only sovereignty  holder is Allah Almighty and all powers only belongs to Him.He is the source of all legislation in the form of Quran. Man is Allah s caliph on earth.Anotherexamplarytriats of Him (SAW) includes open consulatation ( Shura).  The Quran and the prophet (SAW) encouraged Muslims to decide their affairs in consultation with these who will be affected by the decision.The third principle of islamic state was Justice. He (SAW) proved that islamicinjuctions strengthen the right of Muslims as well as non muslims.punishment is also declared in islamic law for prevention of any violation. The purpose of islamic state was enforcement of Divine law. Human rights have been granted by Allah Almighty.They are The  right of life, to live in diginity,  to equal protection  of law, the right of Choice, privacy and basic necessities of life. Integrity, honesty and trust are key Islamic values taught and practised by Prophet Muhammad (SAW). He (SAW) also practised delegation of power. the objective of leadership lies in His message to invite humans to the ways of Islam. All leaders should exemplify the positive values of Holy Prophet (SAW) and fulfill their responsibility to serve the people.
