Stipulation in contracts and their contemporary applications in financial transactions

Abstract

                 This paper discusses the stipulations in contracts with special reference to commercial transactions; elaborates the different kinds of stipulationsdiscussed by classical jurists; choses the best opinion by analyzing different opinions about stipulations in contracts.It also elaborates some contemporary applications of stipulations infinancial transactions, namely: Ijarah Muntahia Bittamleek, supply contract, contracting, and istisna.

                  An applied and juristic research approach has been       employed for the collection and analysis of data.

            The article is divided into two main sections. First section     deals with introduction and some important definition relent to this paper. Second deals with the modern applications of stipulationsassociated with commercial transactions and their legitimacy.
