Shariyah perspective of Bank cheque

Abstract

As the various types of cards are used to transfer money and recover money from banks, the check is also a tool in documental shape that orders a bank to pay a specific amount of money from a person's account in the Bank. Rather, the cheque is an older way than cards.

This study has three main objectives: firstly, to introduce  the Cheque, secondly,to analyze the cheque jurisprudentially, and to    review some authoritative legal scholars’ opinions on the issue of “possession of cheque” and its Shariah impacts.
