Abstract

For an economy production elements are of utmost importance as they produce goods on one hand and generate income for economy on the other hand. However, those productive elements such as agriculture or manufacturing professionals do not always have much money that they may meet their needs in the production process. Modern economic system has only one way of interest based loans which is against the Islamic law. Islamic law provides different modes of financing out of which Istisna is the one mode that facilitate the manufacturing industry. This article discuss the rules, principles and practical implication of it in modern Islamic banking sector.
