Fundamental Human Rights in Islamic Perspective

This article explores the Question of whether Islamic Law and Universal Human Rights are compatible. Quran has very thoroughly and clearly mentioned the status of human being in various verses. Human Rights are of two types, first kind is related to those rights which are available to all mankind without any hindrance, for example, availability of oxygen. Second type of rights are acknowledged belongs to the society These rights established norms in the society. In this research study focused has been made on fundamental human rights which cannot be achieved without assuring obligations and duties in the light of Islamic Fiqh and Shariah.
