Abstract

Islam is a peaceful religion, and it has so much logic and reasoning in principles.It can address the issues and needs of any era or generation. By adhering to Islam and adopting it as a code of life, a decent and courteous society can be made.

Islam forbids the mixed gathering in order to prevent social distortion. It has been said that even when carrying out significant tasks like the Hajj, the Mahram must be accompanied by women. So that a woman can receive assistance for the challenges  and difficulties faced in traveling.

The main purpose of this article is to address the discourse of modern scholars pertaining Shari’ah ruling of Hajj without Mahram in the context of recent Social Media discussions.
