Abstract

In the 20th century, Allama Yusuf Al-Qaradawi was a pioneering and well-known scholar. He is one of the academics who has played a significant role in solving contemporary religious issues in light of Shari'ah, particularly for Muslims who are minorities in non-Muslim countries, but in some cases, he adopted opinions against Jumhor point of view, so in this article I tried to discuss such opinions of Allama Yusuf Al-Qaradawi comparing with agreed perspective of Ummah.
