Abstract

Today, there are protests about women's rights, almost everywhere in the world. Under the pretence of granting Human Rights, they are demanding completely nakedness, and it is emphasized that women are oppressed in society in many ways. In addition, women are treated like mere slaves and are deprived of all rights.

As a result, we see non-governmental organizations dedicated to promoting women's rights consistently present legislative drafts at various intervals. These drafts include demands that women must be granted all their rights, i.e., that the rules and regulations placed on them by Islam be lifted. Women and men should live side by side and with complete freedom and ought to be treated equally.

The primary objective of this paper is to review the movement of feminism in general, and check the historical background of this feminist slogan " My body, My choice" in particular.
